Challenge
People Nerds webinars were dscout's highest-performing lead channel, but they lacked the infrastructure to scale. The goal was to build consistency into the program, create a repeatable playbook, and keep experimenting with formats and engagement strategies to grow and retain a community of UX researchers over the long term.
